I've always been skeptic about aftermarket seats: it's a bike after all, not a couch!
But I must admit I was wrong: I've received and mounted the "Finishing Touches" seat from Wheeling Cycle Supply and rode 3 or 4 time my Hyper on Hgwy 280 all the way from San Jose to San Francisco. This 70 miles roundtrip rides on Hgwy 280 proved that the seat really does make a difference.
The "Finishing Touches" seat is firmer then the stock one and in some way this makes the ride more comfortable. The shape of the seat is same as the performance seat (re-shaped stock foam) with a thin layer of nice foam on top.
Apart from the name, the look is exactly as the performance seat. Here are some pics:
