Ugh, that seat...
I'm considering buying another Duc and I'm trying to decide between a Superbike (ergos be damned), a Streetfighter (cool but kind of ugly) or a Hyper SP.
So I sat on a Hyper SP at the dealer yesterday. Yikes, that seat is terrible! I think it's a combination of the high seat height and thin seat conspiring to torture me. Also, it seemed to kind of be slanted forward without the low bars for that to make sense - hard to explain.
My question is, is the comfort seat a vast improvement? If not the Hyper might not be for me and that would be disappointing.

wierd ..are you shure it is stock seat I got an evo with Dp seat and must say stock seat is very comfy conpaired to Dp seat atleast when crusing ..
Riding position is very good once you get use to it , takes a while ..
But i must say its hard to find a better looking bike than the evo_sp with termi 2-1 and very hard to find a bike who are more fun then Evo_SP its a blast . Highly Recommended !

The hyper isn't for you. Buy something else. Take care.

I just got a 1100S that have a DP 'raceseat' and it's not very comfy at all either... I'm putting the OEM one back soon to try how that is. The weird thing is that so many people complain about the OEM one and say that the DP's are better...
The 'comfort' version might be better!

I have the DP Comfort seat. It makes riding so much more enjoyable than with the stock seat. I don't even think about any soreness since I installed it over a year ago. I am 5'7'' so the 1" drop was a plus for me, and it looks pretty with the red stitching too!

Anatomy is different on everyone...
Seat can be restuffed very inexpensive , even do it yourself , if you are handy ...
There is a Remedy...

i didnt find the stock seat comfortable at all. I bought the comfort seat and its way better. Everyone has level of comfort zone and expectation though. One man poison is another man meat.
