best crash protectors?
Well I got the evo sp home the other night after a 9 hour drive through 4 inches of slush on the highway. When I left the dealership in Calgary there was almost 8 inches of fresh snow on the ground so I was glad to have the enclosed trailer. When I finally got home my driveway had a very thin film of ice so I layed out a track of floor mats when I unloaded it but still I came really close to dropping it due to the incline on the driveway. Anyways the hyper is safe in my garage now but the first thing I want to do is put some protectors on the spindles and the frame. So what are the best kits out there? Ive seen some that mount through the frame tube and some that mount with a small bracket. I would assume that most spindle protectors are more or less the same but any input from you guys ( and gals, lol ) would be greatly appreciated. Cant wait for a nice day so I can take it out

Congarats on your new ride! In my opinion, Evo-tech are some of the nicest ones out-there. Plus they make a decent tail-tidy. Prices are reasonable, delivery was very fast considering they are from England.

Dont think hypers need sliders cause the bars are so wide their the protection, I have run them on all my full fairing sportbikes but didnt bother with them on my hyper.

The DP axle slider, and the race handguard keep my bike from being damaged in a low side at the track last year.

T-Rex, about half the price and 95% of the quality of all those listed already. They make rear axle sliders that double as spools for a standard rear stand. I have motor and rear axle slider from them and a single side stand.
They actually made their rear stands for my bike. If you look at their instruction page for the hyper rear axle sliders, my photo is used.
