Cams ECU, without Cams....

I have the Cams ECU, no DP cams.
Leo Vince cat eliminator.
Termi slip ons.
Air box mod.

Im in Alaska, Ive been riding in the 35 degree weather so far and it rips. Its not running rich. But 50 degree temps are a month away.

Would it be benificial to get the PCiii?

Also, I hit the rev limiter a few times, Am I potentially damaging the engine? Or is safe with the Cams ECU to hit the limiter?

Im my opinion hitting the Rev Limiter in gear is totally OK, but free reving a motor I try to avoid.
