cycle max extended warranty
did anyone purchase a cycle max extended warranty from their dealer when they purchased their bike. If so, have you used it yet and how did you go about using the warranty for repairs. I took my bike in to a different shop than where I bought the bike to get repairs done and the dealer did not know how to start a claim.
I attempted to call cycle max, but ended up waiting for the next available operator for nearly an hour. This placed me in a predicament because I don't want the dealer to do the work if it isn't covered and the dealer is 1.5 hours away from home.
Any help is appreciated.
