Resetting tps on hym1100
I'm very curious on how to do this. Anyone have a step by step or can just tell me how to do it? Don't want to bring it to the stealership.

Do you have a VDST kit?
Vehicle Diagnostic Scan-Tool Software
You need one to reset TPS.
If you have an 1100 evo/sp, I believe it resets every time you start the bike (but someone who knows can confirm).

Thought I read that here too. Start the bike without touching the throttle and let it run for at least 60 secs? Again not positive but do a search. I know I read it here somewhere.

Not on yours and mine. We have the MM electronics in ours. We need the VDSTS to reset our TPS.
The 2010s and newer with the Siemens ECU resets every time you start the bike like PKM posted.

So how often should TPS reset be done?
Does it go out of spec by itself?

No. If you change/disconnect the ECU, it will need to be done.

Cheers, Dave.
I did it when it when I fitted the Termis/ECU and haven't touched it since.
