"Pags-Mod", a "quick release" seat solution

Ok, maybe more like tool-less, but still better than the stock, soft bolt and an allen key I think...

Just a bolt, a drill, and a key ring...

Might want to index your replacement bolt and mark it accordingly so your key ring lands where you want it to.

Go ahead guys...come up with some other ideas....I orignaly wanted a dzus in there but couldn't find one long enough.

This will probably work just fine...

If someone is looking to steal your seat, do you really think a single allen key is going to stop them?

I have a stock seat the previous owner used to leave uncovered...seat theft would be a welcome excuse to buy a new one.

It gets frozen spots along the lower sides and condensation underneath when it warms up, sadly it is my only seat at the moment. I am thinking about taking off the cover to dry out the foam better. I am getting velocity stacks this week so maybe a seat in another month.

Well then, maybe if you do my mod and park the bike near me, I'll come by and take it off your hands. ;-)

this would be another great deterent for my wife wanting to go for rides. She already complains because I misplaced the flat head allen and put a standard one that pokes her rear.

good idea though.
