PitBull Stands...
Hey all,
I am using the PitBull stand for the rear of my Hyper and would like to get the front one as well. Is anyone using a PitBull on the front that they could share which one they went with? Any help would be greatly appreciated...
Cheers,
Ian

Recently borrowed a T-rex front triple tree stand from a ducati.ms member to take my front wheel and fork off.
It actually surprised me, in a good way.
My rear T-rex looks like one day, it's gonna fall apart. But the front one looks solid, it's very easy to use. For 75$, I would take this one over a more expensive Pitbull.

I have two different Pit Bull front stands, and both work great. Which one you buy has a lot to do with which bikes you own and what type of front end work you anticipate doing...

I went with the Pitbull front that goes in the hole in the triple instead of lifting from the bottom of the fork and am very happy with it. I have pins for the Hyper, 900SS, and the CBR so I can use it on all three. I also have two Pitbulls rears, one for double sided swingarms and the other for a single sided swingarm.

What he said ^^^^
The under-fork-leg model is a little sketchy.

I have this one for the front which goes into the hole in the lower triple like others have
and then just got this one for the rear
It's the reversible one so you can work from both sides.

Get the steering stem stand in case you ever have to adjust or service your forks. The other stand only allows you to remove the front wheel. Pit Bull makes different size pins for the stem stand so you can use it with most all bikes. I've used Pit Bull stands for years and I don't think any other stand comes close in quality.

Hey Hyperbole - How did you set up the rear stand to work with the single sided swingarm? I have one for my SV and would rather not have to buy another.

I have one of the center pin PB stands for front and cannot get axle out when on it as it is right in way on my SC... The pics on the super bikes look like there is room...
