ECU question.... - Ducati.ms

Good Morning All! I know this may be a stupid question but just how many different ECU's are there for the Hyper?? I know the slip-ons come with an ECU, the race manifolds come with an ECU, the cams come with an ECU... ect ect.. Are they all different or some the same? Just asking because I had the slip-ons and ecu, now I have installed the race manifolds and going to install the ECU that came with the pipes. Wondering how much difference there is?
