2010 Gear Shifter

I'm curious to know how I can get more clearance between the left foot peg and the shifter. I have a new pair of Sidi's and it's really hard to get my toes under the shifter to shift. Any sugesstions?

Taking the rubber insert out of the footpeg helps as well as adjusting the lever upwards a bit.

! It would be better if you left the lever on the motor "straight up" or at 90 degrees, to have the best leverage over the trans for up/down shifting.
If you want to make the shift lever higher adjust the rod to make it longer, and if thats still not high enough, make a longer shift linkage rod , (like me), that way you'll have the leverage over the trans the way it should be. Aloha Alex
