r.6 error code ?
Hi List,
I have this error since this morning, the lcd screen turn off 2 or 3 sec and, then it shows me this error : r.6 and only after I can restart the engine....
Any ideas ? I didn't find anything in the user manual.
I'm at work and I hope to be able to go back home tonight

I was able to go back home last night, but that was bizarre to ride with no screen, no blinkers just the head and back lights. I hope that'll not cost me an arm to fix it.
Am I the first to have this issue ?

I think you might get more responses if you change your avatar!!!! 
J/K lol... but serious I have not seen that issue. But others have posted issues like that was related to a low battery issue.....

Thanks for your answer, I'm going to see my dealer, he should be able to solve this issue.
The battery is only 6 months old, I'll check it.

I think your bike wants to be a Yamaha! I am interested to hear what your dealer finds is the source of the problem.

I believe that .... this red "swimsuit" match exactly the red on my HM (doesn't mean that I'm riding with red panties) ....

My dealer has no idea what this error code is ....
I think that the "r" means right as each time I turn the handlebar on the right, this error code appears and the engine turns off ....
