Hawaii Five-0 Hypermotard

Did you guys see the Hypermotards on Hawaii Five-0's show tonight?
They did a few cool stunts like driving up the stairs, even my wife knew it a Hypermotard, looks to be a popular stunt bike. The funny part was when Steve (main character) just hops on the bike and starts it right up, and drives the bike thru the door..... like someone is just going to leave the key in the bike...... still fun to see my bike on TV, being a Hooligan!! Aloha Alex

PS: oh yeah, the Hyper had some kind of street knobbies on it, looked weird

I didn't catch the show but I do love seeing my bike on the tube.

I was just watching the recent tom cruise movie knowing at some point it was going to get good thanks to a Hyper. Although I was disappointed they diluted the real quality stunt riding with some unreal movie magic stuff.

On Five-0 was it the usual 250 two stroke or UJM sound effects to compliment the Italian Beauty?

:cough: the knight and day Hyper was an Aprilia SXV :cough:

Still fun to watch though.

Hyper had the correct engine sound, and what looked to be wearing the scorpion trail or a/t on the rear.
The Knight & Day movie, that hyper took a bullet on the right side mirror/handguard. So, if they are bulletproof why to they shatter when dropped?

It's always nice to see a hyper on the screen, even if it could be a phony. At least they know what the real bike is supposed to be.

Rear tire looked like the Conti TKC 80. It is the same tire that the BMW GSA1200 comes equipped with. The best part was that they used the actual sound of the bike, not an inline 4 cover.

Now had it been Grace Park (aka Kono) riding the bike, THAT would have put me over the edge (sexist? - yes, do I care? - no)
