More on hyper cam kit - Ducati.ms

Hi again all,

Can anyone tell me if the following cams will fit a 2009 1100s hyper. Cams part no 14812451B and 14812441B. Full cam kit with ecu no 96519208B.

DP performance only sells one set of cams for the DS1100 engine, call your dealer for the DP cam kit, and inside the kit will be seperate # for the cams themselves. Aloha Alex

Reason why l ask is that l am told these cams came out of a 07 hyper. l wanted to know if they would fit the 09 moter? Is there any differance in the newer engine / cams for it.

'07 to '09 are dual spark motors, the '10 uses different cases, flywheel, and single spark, not sure on compatibility from '09 to '10

Yes, they should fit , 07-09 is a DS1100, 010 & up is a new engine.
always check the part# with Ducati parts dept to be sure, I would hate to see you buy a set of stock cams....
