End Can

is it possible to buy an end can for the hyper just to have a good note of the bike without having to have all these other mods done such as ecu as i am not mechanically minded and would not have a clue how to do some of these things

it is definitely possible. I know that leo vince advertises their slip on to not need an ECU upgrade to gain a slight bit of horsepower. Mostly you will notice a better exhaust note and somewhat improved throttle response.

The ECU, (even though ducati tries to sell you one with their termi slip on) is needed if you install a full system that removes the catalytic converter. This is where the most power gains will come from in terms of exhaust upgrades.

There are plenty of slip-on options for the hypermotard including leo vince, zard, arrow, SC project, remus.... and probably some i am forgetting.

also if you can handle mounting slipons, you could install an ECU. That was the easy part of my 2 into 1 termi kit. Termi sells the complete slipon kit that includes an ECU. I think the dual undertail slipons look very nice. They wouldn't take much labor either for your dealer to install.

The ECU install is as easy as removing the tank cover, right side plastic, removing ECU, and reversal of that order.
