Benifits of going catless?

Other than the obvious of lower temps, better sound, and weight, were there any seat of the pants noticeable gains?
Mileage?
Better than expected sound?

Less pussy?

Anyway, less weight, no need to change the ECU, both my SS and 999R are catless now with OEM ECUs.
