Rizoma Passenger Pegs w/ 2-1 Exhaust?

Does any Hyper owner posess such a combination? I have an SC-Project 2-1 full system... just ordered the Rizoma pieces from Beverly Hills Ducati. If that right-side piece fails to clear the header, I'm facing a 20% Restocking Fee.

A better question would be, does anyone in SoCal have the Rizoma passenger pegs, regardless of exhaust... maybe we can meet up in the next day or so, I have a bad feeling about the fitment at this point. My header sticks out and is lower than OEM.

Lightbulb Rizoma Passenger Pegs mod to work with 2-1 Exhaust

I got the Rizoma Passenger pegs, and I suspected rightly... the exhaust side peg arm fails to clear SC-PROJECT 2-1 full system's header>>muffler retainer spring; including the plastic spacer provided by Rizoma.

The peg arm must project outboard {+ a few cunthairs} in order to clear the exhaust spring. Today, a lesson reinforced: Aftermarket does not always jive...
Call Mi a spacecase for thinking about selling/returning them, then I'll come up with Spacers. I'll post the victorious install pic the moment the black anodized spacer I am suggesting materializes, and absolves Rizoma & SC-Project for not working in perfect harmony.

Thumbs down

Right, even with mi prospective machined spacers, the header will still wage it's incendiary ways on a passenger's footwear...it is safe to say a passenger wasn't in mind when designing this particular 2-1. Bummer. F/S...
