Arrow Slip-On Exhaust for Ducati Streetfighter
I met with Arrow Exhaust during the Indianapolis dealer expo yesterday and got to see their newest offering for the Ducati Streetfighter. Arrow is only planning on releasing a slip-on though, no full exhaust at the moment. The Arrow Slip-on Exhaust System fits Ducati Streetfighter and Streetfighter S models. Available in aluminum or titanium - both finishes include carbon fiber end caps. This exhaust dramatically reduces weight as the catalysts are in the silencers for the Streetfighter. This reduction in weight and the increase in performance (see dyno chart below) lead to a fantastic overall package for your Ducati Streetfighter. The price is good as well with the stainless slip-ons @ $783.96 and the titanium @ $1035.96.
There is no performance without quality. This is the philosophy that has allowed Arrow to achieve the highest level of reliability, pursued with the help of skilled workers, hand crafted workmanship, the finest materials and no compromises.

How will this system compare to the Termi's ? It doesn't come with a high performance ECU/air filter...will it be more prompt rough iddling or need a new re-mapping ? What about warranty coverage ?

Compared to Termi, the build quality is better and the price is substantially less, but as you pointed out no ECU or filter are included. Arrow built/tested this exhaust on a stock Streetfighter with the original ECU and air filter. As you can see from the dyno chart - the power is good with the stock ECU. Having said that, it will be better with a custom map just like anything. I don't have any Termi charts handy so I'm not sure off hand how the power is looking from that exhaust.
If you are having idling issues, etc... with the stock setup nothing will change that besides getting the fuel injection/timing setup properly. Arrow has it's own 2 year warranty and it will not effect the bike's warranty unless it is the cause of some sort of failure (I've never heard of slip-ons causing a failure on any motorcycle though).

Anthony,
Thanks for the great info...I am just curious as to why no one seems to really talk about Arrows on this Forum...I've heard from a friend of mine (who owned a number of Monsters and also worked for a Ducati dealership) that Arrow makes great sets of slip-on's....and that that are much better than Zard...
Any idea what you would charge me to ship to Canada & what I can expect to pay duty wize ?
Thanks !
Guy

I actually have an Arrow supplier inside Canada as well so I can have it shipped from Toronto area. This way shipping will be cheaper (maybe $20 or less) and there won't be any extra fees for crossing the border.

I figure its better to ask in this thread than to start another one...
I've searched all over, but I was wondering if anyone has installed the Arrow slip-ons on a Streetfighter that can compare them to the Termi's.
On some bikes, Arrows sound incredibly huge, but on other bikes, they're not loud at all. I have a friend with an Arrow set on his 996, and it sounds just huge. The Arrow kit for the Street Triple is really not much louder than stock.
Not necessarily looking for loud, just really want that huge low-end rumble. For what its worth, I think Arrow's build quality is just better than Termi too.

The Arrow kits from Triumph are a little different than the standard aftermarket Arrow as they are produced specifically for Triumph who probably has some degree of influence on the systems design qualities.
I can't recall ever hearing an aftermarket Arrow exhuast that wasn't booming with the db killers out.
