Titanium Bolts/axles all around! NCR/Poggipolini

As some of you know desmoworks is now an official NCR dealer. We'll be launching a new site, etc... soon and our first major batch of products are on the way right now (including a titanium 1098R frame and TON of other stuff).

NCR/Poggipolini titanium fasteners are considered among the top in the world and used throughout MotoGP, F1, SBK, etc...

The key features are thread rolling and forged heads.

According to Poggipolini -
"Thread rolling offers many advantages to the overall quality of our products. Unlike other threading processes, the alloy is neither removed nor wasted, but displaced.

The grain structure of the thread is reformed in continuous unbroken lines which follow the thread contours. This process strengthens the threads in 3 ways: tension, shear, and fatigue resistance."

And regarding forged heads -
"Forging offers many advantages to the over all quality of many of our products.

Unlike the simple machining of fastener heads or fittings, the forging process molds the grain structure of the material into the shape of the finished product which strengthens tension, shear and fatigue resistance."
