In my ongoing attempts to build the website and develop new ideas I've implemented a new customer service system that I think will be a big hit :thumbup
It's called get satisfaction and is a way for all of you to communicate ideas directly to our company. On the right hand side of every page at
www.store.commoto.com there will be a feedback tab which will pop-out and allow for you to do several things.
1. Suggest an idea.
2. Ask a question.
3. Report a problem with the site.
4. Or give us praise!
You will be able to see what others post and if you agree with it you can hit the "me too" button to show your support for that idea or question.
The more it is used the better - the ask a question section will become a FAQ for users to find answers and the report a problem will help us improve the site, service, etc...
I've got a whole pile of new innovations for the site that I'll be rolling out over the coming months. This is just the start!
