For sure! I've been impressed with the stuff we've received so far - exhaust, seats, luggage, carbon, lights, etc... The new 696 is super cool then when you add some DP parts it is just outstanding!

Please note, I did not drop the bike - it broke when I was just taking my leg off the seat and my leg BRUSHED against the indicator. (And I am not even a heavy weight - I am 5'10" and just 148 lbs). And yesterday, the same thing happened to the right indicator. This is a brand new bike and it is extremely upsetting to see parts falling apart like this. Now both the indicators are hanging.

I have been riding motorcycles for more than 8 years now and never have I faced such an issue with any of my bikes.

I contacted Ducati Customer Service but they claim that nothing can be done.

I think that this is a result of poor design and construction. Wanted to check if anyone else had the same / similar issue or if it just me.
I'm sorry to hear you are having these issues. We haven't had any customers with the same problems as you, but if I run across it I'll let you know. I could see it being a warranty item if they broke under normal use, but I think if you bump into it and it breaks that it can't be considered normal use. Normal use would be if you were riding and it broke due to vibration or something like that.

I'd suggest posting this thread in the Monster forum as this is my vendor section and people are only going to be reading this for the parts we sell. I doubt if you get much feedback by posting in this thread.

No worries - I just don't think you'll get much of a response if it isn't in the monster forum!
