This is a 1999 Supersport 900 with 2500 miles. It was serviced at
Commonwealth Motorcycles about a year and a half ago and it was not ridden since. It sat covered under a carport during that time. Due to the storage method the bike is not in perfect shape - but is an easy fixer upper or a great track day candidate. It was offered to me at a good deal so I thought I'd pass the good deal on. If nobody wants it as is I'll repair it and try again. I'll give it a couple of days on the forums first.
The gas tank has rust in it and would need to be cleaned up first. I'd definitely do new oil, filter and belts just because they have been in there for so long. Valves were set before it was put away so they are fine. Needs tires and a battery for sure though. Fluids need to be changed as well.
There is some damage to the body... nothing major but some scrapes. It looks like the bike was dropped on its side.
It has staintune slip-ons.

On the flickr page I posted images of any body damage and some close ups of the motor areas so you can see what condition the bike is in better.
I'm going to ask $2850 to begin with and see what happens. Has a clean title. Located in southern Indiana.
