I seriously doubt Ducati ever used a bip sub frame on a mono bike from the factory. That'd be like swapping a Showa for an Ohlins if they ran short on those. Your bike was more than likely a bip from the factory that someone put a mono tail fairing or just swapped the sub frame at some point.
