It is designed to clip onto the corner of the closing rocker to depress it for removing the closer shim during valve adjustments. Ergonmically designed to fit in the palm of your hand. Blunt end so as not to damage the valve seal below at the base of the valve stem. Thin wall thickness assures non slip design. Made of high quality 4140 steel in the USA.
