Pipercross (UK) Air Filters now available in the USA

Northampton, England - Hyperbike Centers and Cal-Sportbike have been appointed exclusive distribution partners for North America by Pipercross, a Northampton, England based maker of high performance air filters for the motorsports market for over 30 years.

EAST COAST -- Hyperbike Centers 6907 Baltimore National Pike 13-14, Frederick, Maryland 21702 Tel.: 301-473-9191 www.hyperbikecenters.com

WEST COAST -- Cal-Sportbike 589 Hart Lane, Sagle, Idaho 83860 Tel.: 877-234-5150 www.calsportbike.com

Both distributors will sell direct-to-consumer, and will build Pipercross’ dealer network in the North American motorcycle performance products market.

Pipercross foam is the secret to a light weight, long life performance air filter.
Pipercross air filters consistently outperform paper and cotton-gauze rivals to supply air to the engine - even when dirty. This is thanks to the multilaminate construction used in every Pipercross performance air filter. Layers of varying porosity foam all work together to trap different sized particles.

Pipercross filters have helped many race teams win major championships on the British, European and World stage. Pipercross is constantly striving to push the envelope of air filter design in both performance and efficiency. After 30 years of hard work and innovation, Pipercross is at the cutting edge of motorcycle intake design and technology. Pipercross performance filters are used by Aston Martin, Cosworth, M-Sport WRC, Lotus, Mercedes, TRD, and motorcycle racing teams Xerox Ducati Junior (WSS) and Rizla Suzuki (BSB). Pipercross filters are also OEM on Triumph Motorcycles.

Guys, they are new to the US market, but Google them and you'll see they're ALL over the European racing scene, most prevalent on cars, but also popular for performance motorcycles....

While Pipercross have plenty of dyno runs showing power gains, we had Racer's Edge in Las Vegas test a built 05 GSXR750 track bike. The bike already had cams, full Yosh, PC3, etc. Adding the Pipercross filter vs. stock was just a tick under +3hp. Very impressive results.

We will be stocking filters for about 50 of the most popular current bikes from Ducati and Triumph to the big-4 Japanese makers. But Pipercross makes performance filters for nearly 300 bike models. We can special order ANY filter or kit available at Pipercross, it will just have a lead time for delivery versus being a stocked item.

First crates are due to hit our doors at Cal-Sportbike in about 7-10 days......taking orders now!

Here's a shot of the Pipercross-equipped factory Ducati/Xerox world supersport bike in action.... <image licensed for promotional use>
