Thanks for the input guys. I lubed it all up (insert joke here), checked for pinching, verified that the bar end isnt pinching it, and it's still slow to return to idle. It seems as though the issue is inside the cable housing on the grip side. When the bolts are loostened it snaps back to idle but when they are secured its slow.
