Fender eliminator
I dont have the license plate for my bike yet, i should get it in a couple weeks, but i wasnt going to spend $100+ on a fender eliminator so i figured with the rain here id make something simple and quick, once i get the plate ill be able to dril the hole and mount it.
i found a piece strip that was really easy to bend, so i made a little mold from it to make sure i got the measurements just right, then i found a thicker strip and made the same bends.
after making sure it fits i marked where the holes should be from the inside, drilled the holes slightly larger then the bolts and bolted it to the frame without any problems.

Doesn't matter, as long as it's bright enough to light up the whole plate, but not bright enough to where you'd get chit for having a white light on the tail end of your bike.
One or two low power LEDs would be enough power to light it up, and just mount 'em wherever is easiest.

Maybe the CHP has better things to do, and you could maybe pull that off in Arizona, but I can tell you that won't fly in NY.

That would be begging for a ticket here. I think it would be anywhere for cops who don't like sport bikes.

Same in Pa. I was stopped 3x with the Competition Werks eliminator that came w/ my bike. Never ticketed, but then I'm old and gray...ended up swaping it for the Evoluzione.

I don't know why you just didn't grab an Evoluzione bracket. It's "legal" and a great little set up for $36 !

Are you talking about the one on "evoluzione.net"'s bracket? I'm just curious because on their website, it's $44. I'm pretty interested in it, and I want to see what it looks like. Anyone have any pics of it installed?
