2-valve measuring & adjusting worksheet

This might not be for everybody, but now that I've done at least a dozen valve checks & adjusts on my own and friends 2-valve bikes I developed this little worksheet from info gathered around the web and also tailored to how I like to keep track of the info.

I like to measure directly at the closing shims by depressing the closing rockers and don't use the "loaded gap" method.

Anyway...worksheet attached if anyone can use it.

I keep meaning to put this into an Excel sheet, which would calculate the needed shim requirements. Wish that it was actually one of the web pages similar to the conversion pages that calculate weight and measurement data. I use the newton meters to foot/inch pound conversion web page to a point it is one of my bookmarks on the netbook I use in the garage.
