Gear opinions and comments from those who use and own...

Frank Thomas

Tour Master

First Gear

I am looking for opinions/comments from members that use this gear and have direct experience. Not really a particular garment but a general consensus of the brand and their quality. Thanks.

I have some Frank Thomas leather pants, good quality and when on sale a great deal!
I also have some First Gear mesh pants for when it gets hot. They seem like good quality for the money and offer better protection than the jeans and flip flops you folks in Florida tend to wear.

I've had First Gear leathers for several years. I have a Z-Pilot jacket and a matching pair of pants that zip to the jacket.

The quality is pretty good and the jacket has a good ventilation system with big front and rear zippers. I'm not sure if they still make the stuff I have, but I've been happy with it.
