Update: Teknic Xcelerator gloves :(

I bought these gloves on 5/22/10 from www.Sportbiketrackgear.com. Lots of nice features and IMHO a nice look to them. When I got them I noted two immediate things. The fingers were a little too long for me and there were wisps of thread ends in almost all the finger stitching. I carefully clipped the thread ends and have been using the gloves since then. As they were in use I noted that the wispy threads seemed to "reappear" over time. And, today I saw that the stitching in the left index finger was totally undone. So, of course, a big gap in the end of the finger. I called www.Sportbiketrackgear.com and they were very responsive. I will be exchanging them with no problem. However, I was told that mine was only the second pair to have a problem out of about 100 they had sold. They did say that they had been experiencing the same issue but to a greater degree with the Knox Handroid. Just a heads up.

Received my replacement gloves yesterday. No frayed stitching and they actually fit better. The fingers that were long on the original pair are perfect on this pair. I have no idea why that would differ.

I had a pair of technic gloves way back in the day. Exact same problem. Returned them and have only worn Dainese gloves since then.
