Ducati Performance Gore-Tex Touring Gloves

Anyone with first hand experience? Do they run true to size, big, or small.

Whatever you do don't buy Alpinestars Dry Star gloves. The are totally soaked through in 10 minutes. I returned mine to Cycle Gear and got some Alpinestars Gore Tex gloves.

Thanks for the info Bruce. I am not too worried about the wet since I have never had anything but straight leather gloves and rarely go out if it is raining at the time. I am looking for something warmer as my hands get cold quickly even if its only down to 50 degrees out. Thought about hand guards at times as well. I was almost sold on Cortech Scarab winters but found that the hard knuckes have next to nothing on the inside so while your hands might be warm your knuckles get bloodied. Searching, searching, ...............

Well, I took a great leap of faith the other day (two actually) and bought some new gloves (and boots) without being able to try them on. I ordered the Cortech Scarab Winter gloves that I said I would not. They showed up an hour ago and they look, feel, and fit great! Not too heavy but heavy enough that I should get a few extra weeks in early spring and late fall. I hope to try them out this week.

The boots, same thing, leap of faith. Puma Bonneville. Plain jane styling, not armoured. Just a basic and low cost boot. Again, all looks, feels, and fits great. Been walking around in them since they arrived to start the break in process. Medium weight wook or Thinsulate socks should put them perfect. Proper reviews at a later date.

Oh yeah, as usual, Motorcycle Super Store rocks. Total (free shipping) $179.49. Ordered them Thursday, arrived Monday.
