My current suit is a MotoGP titanium suit, size 42. Fits pretty well, just enough room for a back protector and is just an all around great suit, but ive worn it for the past 3-4 years (with one accident in it) and its a bit worse for wear.
I dont really trust the sizing guides either (my suit is sized for someone smaller than me according to the sizing guide)
So has anyone tried a MotoGP suit and an Arlenn Ness suit? how comparable are they in sizing?

I have several Arlen Ness suits, all size EURO 52/US 42. The fit is pretty close to the Dainese, Alpinestars, RS Taichi, Technic, Berik size 52/42. They custom made an exact replica of the '08 Bayliss Portimao suit which became their '10 Bayliss replica suit without the graphics. I also just aquired Troy's '06 suit he wore at the start of the '06 season and it fits me about like a 50/40 rack size.
