Looking at buying a jacket for the cooler days.
Went to their site and bought a jacket at a great deal.(249 Aud to 99 Aud)
My fault did not look at the the shipping cost from Queensland Australia to Ontario.Canada.
Rec`d an e mail from Andrew saying that free shipping is only included within Australia
My choice was money returned or pay the shipping cost. (88 Aud)
Went for return of the money.
Money was returned faster than a speeding bullet.
You probably are saying," Yes, money should be returned"
Well, in some cases there are excuses from companies once they have your money, you are up a gum tree, as to when you will get it.
Ha Ha, not with this company.
Had second thoughts and decided even with postage this is still a great deal.
Went ahead and ordered the jacket.
Have seen this company on other sites and wanted to express my recommendation, as many other bikers have.
Bottom line is I was a little uncomfortable ordering from so far away.
However, great replies to e mails, great gear.
I am sure that many Australians have been keeping this site to themselves.
Sorry but i have found it and will be ordering from them again.
