Speedcell customer service...lack of

I sent my 3 times used Speedcell back to Josh Kaufman May 20th. per his request. The battery was stored on a dry shelf as he recommends, used to start a bike (stock 999) 3 times before I pulled it out to winterize the bike. Tried to start it this year when it warmed up enough to ride....nothing (DEAD).

Jun 20th I got an email from him that said he didn't forget about me, and he would be in touch.

I try to contact him once a week

Wont answer cell phone
Wont answer emails

Only been ~6 months now.

Buyer beware.

Did you call him? 512-743-9522. My track bike Speedcell is now 2 years old, so when it dies, I think I'll go to Shorai. I have a Shorai in my 1998 SS and it seems really light and well made.

I have Antigravity batteries, probably as good as any light-weight battery and the customer service is excellent. Scott is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

Shorai battery FTW.

Speedcell still won't answer emails/return calls. Deadbeat.
