2012 Dainese Lineup?
So, I was waiting on the 2012 Dainese line-up to finally decide on my jacket. It seems that I still like the Alien jacket over anything new they are offering. It's more technical, has the D-Skin leather looks just so awesome and will work well in the summer but well in the colder weather with liners.
That being said, that Rossi jacket looks awesome
As does the Avro jacket
There are a few textile jackets that look nice too...
Still, the Alien looks the best for me. I'll have to get out to Revzilla so that I can try these out.

Dainese VR46 Leather Jacket - RevZilla
All those jackets are around $699, so it's not exactly cheap. However, I think they'll last a lifetime as long as I don't crash in them.
edit: the leather ones are $699.

I tried on the Avro and ended up finding that the fit is a bit weird. If you see the video on Revzilla's site, you can see how right at the underarm at the top of the chest, it tends to bunch up in an odd way. Well, for me and the model on that review, at least, it fit weird. I ended up finding a used Alien with the black and red (which is hard to find anywhere) used for $450 shipped. It's pure sex, that jacket.

It looks like there will be a leather as well as a textile version.
