All real (I say real becaue there is so much junk on the market) motorcycle jackets should have the sleeve end above the wrist. That is to yield maximum freedom of motion. The full gauntlet gloves are your choice if you want to be full covered for protection and to prevent wind from entering the sleeve and your jacket acting as Funny-Car-Style air drag brake.
The gloves you have (I have some of them too) are good for city riding where you want as much ventilation around the wrists. That is the prime spot for cooling your entire body.
Racing gloves have the gauntlet that deflects the wind but also retain that freedom of mobility at the wrist area.
I'd also like to congratulate you on choosing the right size jacket. Way too many people choose one and often two sized too big. It is supposed to be tight and not really allow for a badmutherfukker sagging look or the ability to fit a big sweater.
Ride safe.
