Help need new glove suggestions!!!

My vanson leather gloves have reached the end of the ride. I have been looking on line and at local dealers for a new set of gloves for road and track use. I don't want to spend an arm and a leg but I know that you get what you pay for. I've seen photos, videos and friends that have lost some good chunks of their hands due to no gloves or cheap gloves. Local dealers don't have much to choose from and I'm afraid to special order as gloves are cut different from one make to another. Any suggestions of brands to look at and maybe where to order form that will exchange without issues would be greatly appreciated.
Thx

I've had many different types of gloves and honestly, they all rip through and they all fall apart over time. My Dainese high-end, top of the line gloves were the most comfortable, but had the least protection and fell apart the quickest from just normal day to day wear.

The Spidi gloves were slightly better, but they still wore out quick.

I've tried custom gloves, same deal, fall apart over time and they were too bulky.

IDK, honestly no matter what you buy, its gonna fall apart if you actually ride. Don't worry about them burning through, they will if the accident is bad enough no matter what.

Sorry I couldn't be more positive, its just the name of the game though...

I'm still loving my Dianese Hellracer gloves. As Tye mentioned they are very comfortable. While they aren't the thickest of gloves, I like the fact that I can still feel the controls through them. They go for about $140 but I caught 'em on sale for $90 and never looked back. So far they've lasted a couple of years (though I don't ride every day so...?)

Cycle gear has some that might do the trick for you (for $450!!!)... I call them Rossi turn signals:

HELD gloves are at the top of the heap; expensive, but like you said you get what you paid for!

Gloves

I know what you mean. The Vanson Track glove I had was only $80 but it lasted about 4 years with good riding and a couple of track days. But unfortunately they no longer make them. Thanks for the feedback.

The Dianese look good. How does the sizing run and where did you find them for such a great price?

Yeah I don't know about paying $450 for gloves. But I was planning on getting some HID headlights, with these I'm sure I will glow much brighter than any lamp kit ou there.

I've heard alot of great things about held. I actually tried a pair this wek at a local Dealer. They were not the style that I want but allowed me to get an idea for sizing. Also don't like doing business with this guy unless I really have to.
