Rear Stand - Pit Bull or T-Rex?
I'm looking to get a rear stand for my M1100, and from a few google searches it looks like my options are Pit Bull or T-Rex (If there are others that I should consider, please tell me).
I read a few reviews on them, and what i've gathered is that they are both pretty decent stands, with the T-Rex being a lot less expensive. Some folks who owned both said that the Pit Bull had a slight edge quality-wise but both get the job done.
Any feedback is appreciated.

Pit Bull was designed by riders. I find the quality of their products, their success, and their mastery of the market to be an inspiration. Some companies have done nothing but buy a Pit Bull, copy it, paint it a different color, put their name on it, and try to steal a piece of the profit pie. That's just sleazy! I don't know if T-Rex was one of those companies or not. Pit Bulls aren't that much more expensive, the quality is outstanding, they stand behind their products, and they are the real deal.
For me it's a no-brainer...Pit Bull or nothing.

some of t-rex stands are pretty much copies of pitbull. I've got one t-rex front stand and gave rear stand to my friend, was not impressed by the build quality or stability, these were older t-rex so they may be better.
Pitbull are the way to go I think I've got 3 or 4 now.

I use Pit Bull, front and back.
They are seriously heavy duty and solid as a rock.

Ok, so Pit Bull it is. Do I really need a reversible arm, or can I get away with the simpler (and cheaper) model.
I doubt I will ever touch the sprocket...

I have both pit bull and a t-rex. If you want to save some coin you can get the t-rex and weld permanently the part of the arms that lift the bike and slide into the stand. Thats what I did to my t-rex and its almost as good as the pit bull.
This is assuming ur not talking about a single sided swing arm

That's entirely up to you.
