New bike lift

I just bought one of these: Kendon Stand-Up Lifts

Got it set up today, and I think it's going to work out real well. I don't have a lot of room in the garage for a conventional lift, and this one folds up and stores vertical. Once it's folded, it can be wheeled into the corner, and takes up about as much room as a stepladder. It can be operated by air or a hand pump. Weighs about 100 lbs.

The company also makes a line of folding storable bike trailers.

That's really nice, I like that. If you don't mind me asking, did you pay the retail, or is someone selling it for less?

I saw one of those at the Chicago motorcycle show. Looked like a brilliant idea. Let us know how it works out.

And as far as the trailers, they are really well made. I just towed a friends bike over to my place on one and I can tell you that the trailer is stronger than my bumper. ( Ask me how I know )

sweet, Kendon definitely makes good stuff, I've been using one of their trailers for years. When I had a garage, I folded it up out of the way. Now that I'm in an apartment complex and like to keep my trailer around, I have it folded up in the front of my normal parking space and still have room to park that, my SV650 street bike, and Jeep in one single parking space. Hard to beat that!

I need one of those. Getting too old to bend over.

They don't sell online, but they have a dealer search app. There was only one in my area, and I wound up paying MSRP. Maybe you can work a deal with whoever sells them in your area.

Thumbs up

I've heard really good things about the big lifts. Sound like the portable one is pretty nice with minimal footprint.

On the website they say to contact them if there's no dealer nearby, so I figure they'd ship one in that situation. It'd have to come motor freight, though. Weighs about 125 lb in the crate.
