A* Supertech R problem

So I just took delivery of my new Supertech R boots. They seem to fit well and are super comfy. My only problem is they seem to be a bit to thick to fit under my shifter. Anyone else have this problem? Will they break in more? I did a test fit on my 848 with it on the rear stand today.

Someone suggested adjusting the shifter, can that be done on the stock rearsets

2 things.
1st problem. when i got mine i thought the exact same thing as you, i was like great now my feet are super protected but damit im gonna get into an accident trying to shift. give it time, they will break in/get use to them and it will all change, itll feel weird without them.

the other question. yes the stick rear sets can be adjusted, shows how to do so in your owners manual. simple as adjusting some nuts on the linkage.

what color did you get, i went with the white track camo, (surprising they are still pretty clean for white.)

Well I am glad im not the only one who has had this problem. So they just broke in/got use to them? Good to know, I was really pissed when I test fit them on my bike. Did you move the shifter on you bike or did you leave it?

I got the all white ones, I waned the gp tracks but I found these on ebay new for $325

Good to know, I was really worried. The toe was really hard, felt like steel toe compared to my old boots
