Suomy America warranty work....great experience!!! - Ducati.ms

I needed a new diffuser on my Suomy Spec 1R Capirossi replica helmet, so I Emailed Suomy America in CA. I "spoke" to Jay Rosas there, he had me send my helmet out to him for a replacement diffuser. I had to pay for the outbound shipping and new diffuser, but he handled the tune up on my helmet.....adjustments and replacing a broken shield base pivot (no cost), return shipping to PA was included. All in all Jay did an excellent job getting the diffuser on properly....tough to line up all the stripes, colors, etc....also the shield now functions much better....it's amazing the difference a little tune up makes for a helmet....anyway quick turn around ( 3 days from receipt of helmet) and terriffic service!!!

Thats good to hear. I own 2 suomy's and like them better than the arai or shoei I used to have.

Here's what I like about the Suomy's I've had over the past three years.....I haven't needed Suomy support.

They're coming out with a new line this year. It replaces the Spec 1R and Spec 1R Extreme. I love my Spec 1R but need a new lid so I'm looking at their current line up.
