Ducati Seattle Racing Duc's Fly at WMRRA opener
Ross Delong, current lap record holder at Pacific Raceways, won today on his Ducati Seattle/Marty Dahl prepared 848 and 1098 with two 1st place wins on his powerful 1098, one in 750SBK and then again in Open GP Twins while setting the fastest time of the day with a 1:27.78. In 600SBK he rode his brand new 848, he was moving up thru the riders when the race was red flagged on the 6th lap handing him an 8th place finish. Both bikes were using the new Nemesis ECU's. Way to go Ross and Marty !
Team Anatra Corsa/Ducati Seattle Racing had a great weekend too !
Looks like last years novice Marty Abbenhouse was on fire this weekend with a 12th in 750SBK and a fantastic 4th place finish in Open GP Twin !! Almost on the box ! Nice job Marty ! Lyndsay Gupton finished 17th in 750SBK and a much stronger 6th place in Open GP Twins. The new AC/DS novice kid on the block Jim Cuthbert finished a strong 8th place in what looked to be a huge Novice field. Although no longer on a Ducati , AC rider Rick Rinaldo earned a hard fought 11th in 600SBK, a 14th in 750SBK and a 20th in 600SS ! It was a great showing for the Ducati Seattle Racing !
Here's a fun No Duc Cont video of a local fast kid who is one of the more exciting riders just not consistently the fastest...
