Gotta say , looks like its going to be a boring year. I'm thinking if anyone can catch Stoner it could be Spies.
Of course maybe Stoner will have a year filled with wardrobe malfunctions......

He is older... that injury a couple of years ago changed him... and i think that the accident with Simo was the final straw.
Go and watch (or re-watch) the 2010 Motegi MotoGP and you'll have your answer

i sorta disagree . aside from being a stoner fan , you have racing amongst the CRT teams , the potential for CRT bikes consistently getting into the top 10 and maybe a top 5 on occasion , and the lapping opportunities .... should make for some exciting racing .

also it is very much a development year for all so its anyone's guess how it will really play out between honda and yamaha and the riders

not sure how the race reflects my opinion of what i expect from 2012?
i remember Stoner taking the victory.. and Jorge and Rossi having it out?
do i remember correctly?

i get the similarities to having Stoner win with ease... but i do not think for a minute that we will see Rossi sticking it to Jorge at all this year. I hope i am wrong, but i just get the feeling that Ducati is truly lost in MotoGP...

and the only way Rossi will see the top of the box again is if Yamaha give him a bike some how in the future...

Ducati should enter as a CRT team.

Fire the entire team, have them set up their own entity, then enter as a CRT team with an FTR chassis (which they already have), and a Ducati motor (which they already have). Then they can take advantage of the extra fuel and claim top CRT honors while they are at it hahaha...
