Laguna Seca MotoGP info

This will be my first year attending the Laguna Seca race. I have the Ducati package for Sunday only, including paddock passes and grandstand seating at turn 4. I'm not sure if this was all worth it, but I definitely wanted to get into the paddock area and the price difference was negligible to buying everything separately.

What should I expect on the big day? Is it worth getting there in the morning to see the warm ups and other races? Is there any remote chance I could get Rossi to sign my replica helmet? My girl offered to hold an umbrella and take photos, haha.

I've attened three years at Laguna. I think your chances are slim. Sunday is buisness day. You know what I mean. They are very focused and tend to not sign to much. However Rossi is very gratious. You need to be at his pit stall before and after practice..
If you really want autographs. You need to be there Friday a Sat.

All JMO...Have fun

Yeah, I sort of figured chances on Sunday would be slim. But I will be in the area starting Friday afternoon, I will review the full schedule and try to come by for a strategic attempt. If I wasn't bringing the lady I'd be there the whole time no prob!

I may end up trucking my 748 up there if I don't get my Hyper fixed in time damn it. I really want to ride!

For the Ducati Island parking, do they have a place to check in your gear...i.e. helmets and leathers....if I ride I'll be in a one piece, it's the only way to go!

Yes. They have a gear check…Laguna is great about that. It was free all three years.

This year is my third time to Laguna and my seventh Moto GP event overall. Laguna is definitely the most accessible for the riders. Been to Philip Island, Donnington Park, and Indy. Laguna by fare is the best for meeting the riders period. Here's some pic's from last year.
