So a little more googling revealed the fairing to be by Trevor Dunne at Pro Italia Santa Barbara. Still waiting for responses from the vendors I pinged, but figured I throw out what info I have so far.

Just heard back from Carlin of Santa Barbara Ducati (Not ProItalia)
They have a few fairings left and some have blemishes but I'm sure they would clean up nicely.
They do not have any bracketing that was made for mounting to the sport classic but if there is enough interest they can remake a few sets
So Give Carlin a call
Cheers
JC

Oh man, I was IN Santa Barbara 2 months ago, and I wanted to stop at the Ducati dealership but we didn't have time... I even drove by it a few times, it's down the hill from my friends house.

You're totally right JC. The Carlin Dunn one is much more old-school looking and 2 dimensional. I fact I prefer it to the modern Airtech one, which is more shaped and more like a modern PS rep, minus the lighting.
...I just didn't realise that Airtech made one, and thought some others might be interested. Probably old news to anyone with an Airtech seat.

For all I know both may be made by airtech
the old skool one maybe the imola version they make
DUCATI 750 SUPER SPORT SS '72-'75 750SS FAIRING, SEAT, SIDE COVER, FENDER, IMOLA CAFE RACE RACER DESMO BEVELHEAD
I do not know if the bracketing is the same or not
Carlin would know as they made or distributed this

Hopefully we'll know soon. I left a message at Duc SB for Carlin about the fairing. As soon as I get a response I'll update the board.

Here is a link to the fairing I ordered: Airtech 1977-80 Ducati 900ss
DUCATI 900SS SUPER SPORT 900 SS '78-'80 FAIRING, SEAT, SIDE COVER, FENDER, IMOLA CAFE RACE RACER DESMO BEVELHEAD
Nice vintage styling. I will have to grind the fairing a bit to widen the opening to fit over the forks. Special fairing brackets will need to be fabricated to attach the fairing and move the headlight and instrument gauges.
