couple Questions ( adaptor to lower the monoposto rearsets & ABS possibility?

I am in the process to swap out my GT rearsets to mono ones.

but the rearsets I got is quite high so my sitting position would become kinda awkward. Is there a adaptor plate I can purchase somewhere that can solve the problem like this precious SC owner did to his

Is there any possibility that the SC wheel/brake set up can accomodate ABS ?
