This is a limited edition Ducati, one of only 100 made

Came across this while surfing ebay. "... one of only 100 made...". I didn't think Ducati did a tricolore SC and now I see it was originally a black/gold stripe SE. I would have to think that the value goes down with that custom paint job??? A lot of great mods/upgrades though. Hall of fame (best of the best) material??? I don't think so.

That's a shame - the bike would be much better with the original paint.

totally agree, black SE are very sweet in original paint scheme. upgrading to a Ohlins front fork would be the only acceptable mod. is a great looking bike but looks too much like a Monster to me. All the high performance parts are better off going on a Gt1000 rather than Se model.

Never been a fan of Tricolore Paint. The risers are a bit too much of a touring geometry for my taste.

This guy probably should have just bought this bike instead of messing with an SE (a bit offensive- but to each their own):

Looks like a Dart fly screen that has been painted. Good product.

This was on another thread and the more I think about it, I think the best thing that has come from this bike is make the other 99 that much rarer. No reason to ruin such a limited edition like this
