Looking for Internal Pictures of a deformed/spread tank?
Anyone have pics of the inside of a deformed Tank. I would like to see the extent of damage we are dealing with. I have run searches and can't seem to find any. Any links would be appreciated .

It would be a really boring picture. You can't see hardly anything through the fuel pump hole, and even if you could, the inside is pretty wavy anyway due to manufacturing process

You'd see absolutely nothing internally....You really don't see anything externally other than the tank fitting like crap in a few different places. There little to no discoloration or anything to look at...

That's not necessarily true, my first tank had visible 'warts' and other misshaped areas on it along with the spreading.

I've seen some of the super bike tanks get the "pock" marks, but never on the Monsters or SC/GT models. Anything is possible though...its not as though they make them out of something different...

I've seen pictures of SC tanks with bumps and 'reverse-dimples' in their surface, as well as waves, large bulges, and of course, general expansion.
