Woof! Very nice looking and cleverly done bike.
BUT, BAD BAD with those front calipers! Manufacturers moved the calipers behind the forks and inside the wheelbase to centralize weight and increase stability. I remember swapping them to the INSIDE was a hot ticket back in the early 70's. Hanging them off the front with a bike that's already somewhat prone to tankslappers, well, just seems like a dangerous idea.
