Rizoma Frame Plugs - what siz

I saw a picture of these Rizoma frame plugs (link) on a Sportclassic. I would like to order them but I need to know the size and better yet a part number. can someone please help?

I have never seen a Rizoma Frame plug on a SC to date
Have not seen one at the shops either
I believe it is a 28MM
Rizoma lists a 28MM but does not specify if it will fit the SC
So
I would be merely guessing that the Rizoma 28MM frame plug will fit
The question that arises is will the outer diameter fit the frame
...?
