Mikuni carb rubber parts

I am cleaning my BDST's and I see I have some dried up o-rings and rubber parts. Does anyone know where I can buy a kit containing all the rubber stuff or do I have to buy each piece separately ? I see evidence that I am getting internal leakage in the float assy. Might as well replace all while they are apart.

Hey duc,
When I rebuilt my Mikunis, I ordered the parts through Ducati Omaha, and found the part numbers through this forum. If I remember correctly, there was a gasket that fit between the carb body and the jet housing, the main jet o-ring, the float bowl gasket, and one other small part. All are needed to do the job correctly. I kept the parts baggies with the oem part numbers on them, and when I get home I'll post them. Till then, try another search. I'm sure their here somewhere.

Found it. Entering the part numbers in the thread below into an OEM part search will give a description of what it is.

Just completed a rebuild myself. Sourced most of the gaskets/O-rings from across the pond. Yamaha TDM-850 uses the same carb so somewhat comprehensive kits are available in the UK. Take your pick.

tdm 850 carb | eBay

Also came across these sites though I have no first hand experience with either.

Carb Kit Capital - Motorcycle Carb Parts

and

1993 Yamaha TDM850 OEM Carburetor Parts | MotoSport

Between the above and the dealer you should be able to acquire all the bits needed to rebuild your carbs.. Good wrenching.
